Livin in lockdown

During the period of New Zealand's lock down weve been active in our learning online and books.
My daily routine is wake up for breakfast do half and hour exercise then go to the school hangout where we can keep up with the class and recap on our learning and then I do my assigned school work then the rest for the day is helping, device time and outside time.

Our school work is fun and enjoyable we have to prioritise the most important tasks are the ones we need to complete first.

Life in lockdown

We have been in lock down for the past few weeks, I've had all types of emotions happiness and sadness mostly. Day 1 was an adventure learning the life in lock down even now im still learning. The fun part was playing games and family time and a sad time was when I heard about the passing of a beloved family member my great-uncle it hit our family hard he was the eldest of the family. The most part of it is to keep safe from this deadly virus but times have been fun and sad.

This is just to say...

We were admitting our wrongs and turning it into a poem. We used the same format from William Williams  but using our wrongs from yesterday or 8 years ago. We had to extend our vocabulary  to hook the reader to keep them reading. We had to add a background that relates to our writing. I enjoyed refreshing my memory and I found that finding the describing words was quite hard. Here is mine:

Hi my name is James this Year my goals are to be a leader and to help people. This Year i´m glad to be in Tui class with Mrs Cutler. This week we have been learning about maramataka, meaning the moon season.
